How We Approach Every Service
Every piece that enters the workshop is assessed before any work begins. We share our findings in writing and wait for your approval. Work is carried out by the same person who assessed the piece — there is no hand-off to a junior bench. On completion, the piece is timed, cleaned externally, and returned with a brief summary of work performed.
SERVICE 01
Mechanical Movement Overhaul
A thorough service for mechanical watches that includes full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of all components, inspection of pivots and jewels, lubrication with appropriate oils, and reassembly with timing adjustment. Suitable for automatic and manual-wind timepieces.

Assessment
We examine the movement and produce a written condition report for your review.
Disassembly
Every component is removed and laid out for individual inspection and cleaning.
Cleaning & Lubrication
Ultrasonic cleaning followed by precise lubrication at each contact point.
Regulation & Return
Timing adjusted on machine, watch cased, and returned with service summary.
SERVICE 02
Crystal Replacement & Case Refinishing
Replacement of cracked or worn crystals using mineral, sapphire, or acrylic options matched to the original specification. Case refinishing restores brushed and polished surfaces with careful attention to preserving original lines and chamfers.

PROCESS STEPS
Specification Check
We identify the correct crystal type and dimensions for your specific reference.
Crystal Sourcing
Appropriate crystal ordered or selected from stock. Gaskets replaced at the same time.
Case Work
Refinishing carried out with attention to finish boundaries. Over-polishing of brushed surfaces is avoided.
Fitting & Inspection
Crystal fitted, case reassembled, and final inspection before return.

Vintage Timepiece Restoration
A considered approach to restoring heritage watches, focusing on preserving originality while addressing functional issues. Includes sourcing of period-appropriate parts where possible, dial assessment, and consultation with the owner throughout.

Documentation & Return
Completed work documented in writing. The piece is returned with a record of what was done and why.
